Nace valves
For servicing sour gases or other Hydrogen Sulfide bearing hydrocarbon fluids, DAV offers NACE valves made of
component material specially heat-treatment and hardness controlled in conformity with NACE MR-01-75 standard.
Typical NACE material configuration is shown below for DAV cast carbon steel gate valves.
A note should be taken on the fact that NACE hardness requirment conflicts with the one of valve seating surface specified by API600,
